Tanya Rapacz is a cofounder and partner at The Partnership Resource. Tanya has spent the first part of her career in financial services at firms such as Standard & Poor’s Published Image and North American Management, and later as a partner in Smith Rapacz Comprehensive Financial Planning and Garnet Group Wealth Advisors.
Tanya served on the mediation panel at Brighton District Court. She is a volunteer with a program co-sponsored by Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Massachusetts Financial Planning Association to bring financial advice to families in crisis. She has also served on the boards of Project Literacy in Watertown and Wellesley Students’ Aid Society.
Tanya received a B.A. with honors from Wellesley College. She received certificates from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution and Mediation and Conflict Management. She has been a Certified Financial Planner since 2000.
